Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in original condition (or for beads in original strung condition) within 15 days of your order’s arrival for a full refund, less shipping charges. The original invoice is required. If a return is made after 15 days, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. We will not accept returns after 30 days.

To initiate a return, please first call (909)-350-8203 Monday to Friday 9am-5pm PST or e-mail sales@transpacificgems.com for a return authorization. If you e-mail us, please begin the subject line of your e-mail with “RETURN:” to help us provide you with the most prompt service. The original invoice should be enclosed within the returned package.

If your order is damaged or if an item is missing upon delivery, please call (909)-350-8203 or e-mail sales@transpacificgems.com within 48 hours of your order’s arrival to submit a damaged/missing item claim.
